WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Presently working as an assistant of Packing (Production), Dispatch cum SAP Stock Maintain, Related all Report generate in M/S GOKUL REFOILS & SOLVENT LTD. in Haldia unit having an established brand “gokul”. It is an Edible oil refining plant, total capacity 1200TPD. & 2.5 MW Power Plant. It has also Fractionation, Interesterification and Dewaxing unit; all units are fully PLC controlled. Is an ISO 22000:2005 certified organization.
job Responsibility:
Ø Various packing related report like finish goods stock report, dispatch stock report, stock transfer, etc responsibilities on myself.
Ø Verified the physical stock v/ s SAP stock.
Ø I am handling BOM create & change, Process Order Create & Confirmation, Stock Transfer postings, GRN, GI, RGP, NRGP, Picking for Dispatch, maintain the stock report during Audit in SAP, all type of maintain report in SAP (PP & MM), etc
Ø Recording Level Maximum & Minimum Stock Level Marked Fast, Slow, Non Moving Materials.
Ø To dispatch material as per FIFO & Providing guidance to Marketing for artwork development
Ø To manage all the activities required in SAP(R/3) PP & MM Module as required.
Ø Finish Goods Dispatch control & Dispatch report submit to manager & all type of dispatch related works.
Ø Document Preparation & handling of Standard Operating Process (SOP) & ISO 22000 on Food Quality.
Ø Preparation of month, yearly wise presentation on stock (Packing, dispatch & etc.)
Ø Dispatch picking in SAP System & Coordination with Transporter for dispatch.
Ø Stock maintain in SAP (PP) like process order create & confirmation, BOM and other all type of report of stock & etc System.
Ø Handling supply chain related issues for inbound materials to warehouse, outlets and stores.
Ø Determination of primary and secondary packaging materials as per requirement of products.
Ø Holding techno-commercial discussions with the vendors on a host of issues such as price, delivery schedule, quality etc.
Ø Procurement of all types of packaging materials like cartons, Bopp tape, Strapping roll, and pouch rolls, etc.
Ø Procurement of packaging materials and follow-up delivery at right time.
Ø Reviewing the quality of packaging materials& market complaints.
Ø Preparation of packaging materials specification, S.O.P and Process change.

Ø I handled (SAP MM module) Purchase Order Create, Purchase Requisition Create, Inventory management (Good Receipt, Good Issue, Reservation, Transfer Posting etc.), RGP, NRGP gate pass, process order create & confirmation, request for quotation etc on SAP System.
Ø Preparation of Purchase & contract management pertaining to various Procurement service.
Ø Preparation & Collections of RFQ form various department.

Ø Maintaining Receipt Note Entry/ Issues/ Return Voucher Entry.
Ø Maintaining Non Returnable & Returnable Gate Pass Entry.
Ø Sending enquiry letter to the supplier for new requirement of materials.
Ø Create Purchase order for the Plant.
Ø Regular supplier co-ordination for delivery of material in time.
Ø Verified the physical stock v/ s SAP stock.
Ø Maintaining the file & document in system (EXCEL & ACCESS) & manual file etc.
Ø Maintaining the purchase related all type of report & submitted the report to manager.
