1.    Pediatric Registered : (Female Nurses) for Jordon

ý Bachelor of Science In Nursing.

ý Age Between 24 – 35 Years Old.

ý Good English.

ý Not less than 3 years Experience .

ý  Must have good communication skills, Be flexible in area of work and work schedule.

ý  Positive attitude and team spirit a plus.

ý  Must be able to work independently,

ý able to make sound decisions and Computer skills an asset.

ý Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the infant,

ý toddler, preschool, school age or adolescent patient’s immediate condition or needs within timeframe

ý specified by client facility’s policies, procedures or protocols.

ý Conducts ongoing assessments as determined by the infant, toddler, preschool, school-age or

ý adolescent patient’s condition and/or the client facility’s policies, procedures or protocols and

ý reprioritizes care accordingly.

ý  Develops plan of care that is individualized for the infant, toddler, preschool, school age or adolescent

ý patient reflecting collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.

ý  Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.

ý Performs therapeutic nursing interventions as established by individualized plan of care for the infant,

ý toddler, preschool, school age or adolescent patient and his/her family.

ý  Provides individualized patient/family education customized to the infant, toddler, preschool, school

ý age or adolescent patient and his/her family.

ý Documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention and

ý progress towards problem resolution.

ý Initiates emergency resuscitative measures according to pediatric resuscitation protocols.

ý Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff.

ý  Provides care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the infant, toddler,

ý preschool, school-age or adolescent patient’s and family’s diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and

ý rights.

ý Reports patient condition to appropriate personnel during each shift.

ý  Maintains current competency in pediatric medical surgical nursing.

1. Midwife Registered Nurse:  (3 Vacancies)

ý Bachelor of Science In Nursing.

ý Age Between 24 – 35 Years Old.

ý Good English.

ý Not less than 3 years Experience .

ý  Must have good communication skills, Be flexible in area of work and work schedule.

ý  Positive attitude and team spirit a plus.

ý  Must be able to work independently,

ý able to make sound decisions and Computer skills an asset.

ý  To provide safe and effective midwifery care as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

ý  To participate in education for all learners, providing support where necessary.

ý  To occasionally take charge of the ward in the absence of Senior Midwife

ý  To assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and women to ensure excellent standards of care and effective communication.

ý  To gain the skills, knowledge and competence to act as a responsible, autonomous midwifery practitioner within a supportive team.

ý   Promote normality and facilitate normal childbirth

ý   To be aware of local and national public health agenda, contributing positively to achieving targets that will reduce inequalities and improve health outcomes for women and their families.

ý  Assess complex health and wellbeing needs, working with the team to develop, monitor and review care plans to meet those needs

To maintain effective communication with all women and their families and other members of the healthcare team.

ý  To act sensitively, confidentially and with empathy in demonstrating understanding of wide ranging physical and emotional needs.

ý  To work unsupervised with a caseload of women, within Trust guidelines, Policies and Procedures and NMC codes of conduct, seeking advice from senior colleagues when appropriate.

ý  To maintain accurate, contemporaneous and timely care records, both written and electronic.

ý  To act within a framework of Healthcare governance and understand responsibilities to patients for assessing risk, health and safety legislation including the use and decontamination of clinical equipment, information governance and assuring quality.
