The Four Fountains Spa has been set up with the vision to make spa therapies affordable and put their health benefits within the reach of upper middle class Indians who suffer from stress. It aims to become ‘the largest spa chain in the world’ by setting up 300 spas by 2016. The company started in 2007 in Pune, has expanded to Mumbai, Manali, goa, Bhopal, Aurangabad and Bangalore.
The profile of the SPA Branch CEO should be as following
- Age: up to 30
- Graduate in any discipline
- Smart, Energetic & possessing Team Leading/Leadership qualities
- Fluent in spoken and written English language / Hindi / Bengali
- Physically fit without any health disorders
Job Description (Role & Responsibilities)
1] Complete top line and bottom line (revenues & profits) responsibility for the spa
- Assist Area Development Manager in designing and conducting local promotions and
- tie up with other lifestyle shops (high end restaurants, malls etc) to meet the footfall targets
- Inputs and assistance to the marketing team for local/national promotions to increase brand saliency and generate more footfalls
- Controls costs by following procedures (switch off ACs when not required, control wastage/spillage of consumables etc)
2] Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Engage with customers on a regular basis and understand their requirements.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers and suggest any changes
- Ensure regular filling of the feedback forms as per the Standard Operating Procedure and forward them to the HO
- Handle any customer grievance and take appropriate action. Make a note of it and forward it to the HO
- Motivate & lead a team of therapists & other employees
- Scheduling of therapists
- Understand the needs and aspirations of the therapists and attend to them
3] Motivate Team to work hard and deliver customer satisfaction
- Assist the career progression of the therapists & other employees
- Ensure adherence to service levels and standard operating procedures of the spa
- Maintain required high level of hygiene and cleanliness
- Conduct quality audits
- Assist in mystery audits
- Be conversant with all the therapies and provide information about the same to the
- guests as and when required
- Be responsible for payments received from guests and petty cash payments made.
4] Reporting
a) Prepare prescribed reports at required intervals
b) Keep the management informed about all the happenings at the spa
c) Complete responsibility of the spa and handle any contingency that may arise during the operation
Training
& Probation
- Selected candidates will have to undergo a 3 month’s training programme at Pune
- Company will provide free accommodation during training
- Probation will be for 3 months
Compensation & Benefits
- 1st – 3rd month – Rs. 15,900
- 4th
month onwards - Rs. 18, 000 per month.
- Medical insurance of Rs 300
- Free Spa Therapies Rs. 2000 per month as perk
Contract
Since the company spends a significant sum of money towards every employee’s training, the selected candidates will be expected to stay with the company for 15 months at least from the date of joining.
